Details:	Tures TheSTB module provide a connection point between an exchange-side cablepair and a distribution pair. It incorporates a 5-point plug in moduleto provide continuity and a range of other options. Removal of theplug-in module does not disturb wire connections but makes contacts tothem available for testing of both sides of the network. It is especially recommended for: 1. Outdoor connections where the enviromental conditions are extremely agressive. 2. Terminations where user development characteristics require futureflexibility in terms of the type of protection or filteringcapabilities. Insulation displacement (IDC) Type Connections No wire stripping required. No special tools required for installation. Will accept 0.4 - 1.0mm (26-18 gauge) conductors. Totally encapsulated wire connection points provide complete protection fromall environmental conditions. Visually inspect the integrity of all wire connections. Reusable - wires may be removed and reinsertedwithout affecting IDC contacts or integrity of seal. Will permit up to 100 wire terminations on both line and subscriber side connections. Rugged Design and Construction. Applications Designed for mounting on standard DIN rails. DIN rail doubles as an earth point.
